By using this website or placing an order with Zeekor Kids Furniture, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before ordering.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities and timelines you provide and remain valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing and any required deposit is received.

Product details and custom orders

Please check sizes, colours and specifications carefully before ordering. For custom orders we confirm the details with you before we start making your furniture.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated on the quote or website and exclude shipping, duties and taxes unless noted. Payment terms are agreed on each quotation or invoice.

Making and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is confirmed and any deposit is received. We will keep you informed of any delay. Shipping method, cost and customs responsibilities are agreed before dispatch.

Quality and claims

We inspect every order before shipment. If you find a defect, tell us within a reasonable time after delivery, with clear photos and the order number, and we will work with you on a fair solution.

Custom designs

If you send us a design or logo for a custom order, you confirm that you have permission to use it. We will not reuse it for other customers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods concerned. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the website and new orders.
