- Submit false details, or place orders using someone else's information without permission.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or other users' accounts.
- Send spam, malicious code or automated requests that disrupt the website.
- Copy or scrape our content for commercial use without our written permission.
We may restrict or block access if we believe these rules have been broken.
3. Customer accounts
You can order without an account where checkout allows it, and creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
4. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our sofas as accurately as possible. However:
- Product images, colours and dimensions may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and manufacturing batches.
- Fabric, leather and cord textures can look different in person, and small differences in shade or grain are normal.
- Dimensions are approximate. Please measure your space and access points before ordering.
- Availability can change, and some options may be out of stock.
5. Prices and errors
Prices, availability and delivery estimates may change without prior notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or listing errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you before processing it, and you can then choose to continue at the correct price or cancel the order.
6. Orders and confirmation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Orders are subject to confirmation, and we may contact you to confirm the order, delivery address and selected sofa options before we dispatch it.
A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors, an incomplete address, or suspected fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you.
7. Payment
Payment is handled according to the payment method you choose at checkout. Online payments are processed by our payment providers under their own terms. By placing an order, you confirm you are allowed to use the payment method you selected.
8. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and can vary by product, destination and availability. Because sofas are large, you must make sure the delivery route and entrance are accessible. Please check the damage-reporting period (48 hours after delivery) and read our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
9. Returns and refunds
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the product and the reason for the return. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from your order, please contact us as soon as possible and keep the original packaging and delivery evidence. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed your order.
